    returns and refund policy

    if something isn't right or what you expected, we will accept returns within 14 days of original purchase. you can request a return here, using the email you placed your order with.

    our team will notify you that we have received your returned item after inspecting the item against our returns criteria. this is plain and simple; the item must be in the condition we dispatched it in. all lace bags, accessories and tags must remain attached for returns to be honoured.

    please note vintage products must have no further signs of degeneration from when we dispatched it to you. this is worth considering if you find the product too small when trying on; please treat them with care until you've firmly decided to keep the product or return.

    please note that sourced products, ie. that which are bought in upon the clients request, are subject to different return conditions. this is due to the nature under which they were paid for and reserved for longer periods.

    if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. you will receive the credit within a given time depending on your card issuers policies.

    please note pairs sold through streetwares are on hand and authenticated individually by us in accordance with our authenticity policy. return claims on grounds of inauthentic/counterfeit product will be denied as noted records are kept of our authentication per individual pair. if a detail doesn't seem right, please get in touch and we'll be happy to explain.

    the liability for return shipping costs lie with the client. shipping costs are non-refundable.
